Hey Willpower
At lamberts for Hey Willpower. I think these guys are deaf. They kept asking for the already loud music to be turned up even louder. It is computers, keyboards and a singer. It is a dance club dj with funky dance moves. The mac book crahed in the middle of the second song, which was an audience participation dance.
this is definintely not what I expected. I think I need to head back on my long walk home and listen for other good bands along the way.

At wave for hypernova just met Jam here. the band was great, just took a long time to set up.

at the rio for The Singles the rio is a nice place. It has a kyack in the fountain.
The band is good, but off to try the next one.
Oh No! Oh My:
next up at buffalo billiards, Oh No! Oh My! somehow a local band got on my schedule. I also think I may have seen them a few years ago, I will need to check. I need to buy a cd. This band is very good. It is the best band so far this evening.
I see that Tally Hall is on next and I am tempted to stay.
record hop
at buffalo biliards early, listening to record hop. This is not my type of music and I don't think I would buy a cd, BUT they are a great heavy rock band into their performance! It was great to see their ethusiasm! Actualy they gave their cds away. I got one, so I can re-evaluate at home.
dreamend
At thirsty nickle for Dreamend. I am not sure about this band yet. It has some good moments, but it also has a lot of droning noise and yelling instead of singing.
